This is education, not advice
The information here is written for the general reader and does not replace a personal medical consultation. It cannot tell you whether what you see in your own face is lost volume or tissue that has moved, whether treatment is appropriate for you, or what your face would look like in ten years either way.
Ageing is not reversed
No treatment available at this stage reverses the process it addresses. Volume that is replaced is replaced, not restored, and it changes over time like the tissue around it. A lift repositions tissue; it does not stop the face from continuing to change afterwards. Anyone describing a treatment at this age as a cure for ageing is describing something that does not exist.
More is not better
A great deal is sold to people in their 40s on the argument that acting early and doing more produces a better result. In this decade the opposite is more often true: adding volume to a face that has begun to descend makes it heavier, and treating the wrong problem early commits you to correcting it later.
No outcome is guaranteed
Results vary with anatomy, skin type, healing response and how consistently a plan is followed. No outcome and no number of sessions can be promised, and choosing not to have treatment is a legitimate clinical decision rather than a lost opportunity.
